As a devoted husband, father, pastor, and basketball enthusiast based in Columbus, Ohio, Joe models the intentionality and discipline in and out of work that is needed to continually grow as an individual and alongside team members. He holds a B.A. in Industrial Design from Cedarville University and the International Center for Creativity.
